This is an enhanced combined Mixed Martial Art Program consisting of stand up striking clinching take downs grappling self-defense and weapon disarms. The main focus is on stand up striking (Krav Maga Muay Thai and MMA) grappling (Brazilian Jiujitsu) and pure self-defense (Krav Maga and Helio Gracie Self Defense) while incorporating fitness and stress drills.
