About Reframe Therapy
Reframe Therapy provides compassionate mental health counseling for children, teens, and adults at our Spanish Fork, Utah office, with online therapy services available throughout Utah and Idaho. We specialize in anxiety, OCD (including scrupulosity), perfectionism, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, ADHD, parenting concerns, and life changes. Our therapists use evidence-based methods including CBT, ACT, ERP, EMDR, and ART while personalizing therapy to each client's goals and preferences. Faith-based counseling is available when requested.
